MANILA, Philippines — For Cardinal Pablo Virgilio David of the Diocese of Caloocan and the families of victims of extrajudicial killings (EJKs), a national commission must be formed to uncover the truth behind human rights violations linked to the drug war of the Duterte administration.
They said this is to provide closure for the victims’ families who have yet to recover and heal from their loss.
